Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tynans View Premium Wines. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are determined by location and order size.

All wine is shipped in accordance with the alcohol laws and regulations of each Australian state and territory.

Shipment Addresses to P.O. boxes

Tynans View Premium Wines ships to physical addresses within the Australia and its Territories. Orders for delivery to post office boxes are accepted however we do not take responsibility for any charges and returns arising from post office costs policies for receiving and handling of wine.

Our carrier will deliver to your nominated physical address and leave the wine.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) will be raised once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All taxes and duties applicable to online retail wine sales are the responsibility of Tynans View Premium Wines and are included in the prices quoted and paid for by you at the time of order confirmations.

Tynans View Premium Wines is not responsible for any duties and taxes arising from your use and deployment of the products. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Tynans View Premium Wines is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International sales and shipping of Tynans View Premium Wines is handled through our international division and subject to a separate shipping policy and minimum order quantities. All enquiries for international sales please contact our agent at AMAZ Wines.
